First one was coincidence… I got admissions in Computer Science and i was like what the hell i dont want to do Computer Science there is absolutely no future in it. I applied for a change to Electronic stream. But i had to still attend Computer Science classes till my change was confirmed. My first Comp Sc lecture was by Prof Mukesh Tekwani and my life changed after that.. He talked about how computers are going to do everything in the future and what amazing things you can do with them. I was facinated and bowled over. I had to go back to the admin dept and tell them that i dont want to change over to Electronics and would like to stay back in Comp Sc… This was my first brush with Computers but i didnt know back then that i will be making a career out of it.

I was pretty bad in computers… luckily my partner in college was a smart ass and he wrote all the programs… I joined Apple computers (now Aptech) and thats where i had the previledge to study under Suniti mam (who happened to be a gold medalist). She was amazing… i learnt my programming from her and attribute a lot of success to her. I often bump into her and its always a pleasure to meet her…

In 1997 or 1996 i joined Alliance Francaise for a basic study of French language… My tutor there happened to be Nayana Sanzgiri. She was the most amazing person i ever met till date. She also used to teach at Sofia’s college (Mumbai)… We (shilpa + me + nayana) became good friends… I have learnt a lot from these two… not just french language… Nayana passed away a few years back… merci beacoup nayana… you were the best!

I thank and salute these people for shaping my life.

shes tall and very pretty

I kn her now for a couple of years
and she knows my strength and fears

We have seen each other through glory and pain
